Current goals: bench 225 for 20 reps, dead lift 500 lbs for 1 rep, deadlift 315 for 20 reps, squat 500 lbs for 1 rep, squat 315 for 20 reps. Power clean 225 for 1 rep. Military press 250 for 1 rep. Run a 7 minute mile. Finally do 6 rounds of hard pad work for 3 minute rounds 30 sec break.
